Terms and Conditions

  • 1.1. PawfectMinds is a UK-based pet sitting service providing in-home care for cats and small pets.
    1.2. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • 2.1. All new clients must arrange a free meet & greet prior to the first booking. This can include but not limited to phone/video calls.
    2.2. Bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
    2.3. Payment must be made no later than 48 hours before the first visit unless under extraordinary circumstances.
    2.4. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or card (details provided upon booking).

  • 3.1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the first visit will be refunded in full.
    3.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged in full.
    3.3. No refunds will be given for early returns during an active booking.

  • 4.1. Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information about their pet(s), including health issues, behaviours, and routines.
    4.2. Clients must provide all necessary supplies, including food, litter, medication, and cleaning products.
    4.3. Keys must be provided securely and tested for access by the client before the first visit.
    4.4. Clients are responsible for ensuring their pet is up to date with vaccinations and flea/worm treatments.

  • 5.1. PawfectMinds will always act in the best interest of the animal.
    5.2. In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact you immediately. If you are unreachable, we reserve the right to seek veterinary treatment. Costs incurred will be the responsibility of the client.
    5.3. Aggressive or unsafe behaviour from a pet may result in the suspension of services.

  • 6.1. PawfectMinds holds public liability insurance and key cover.
    6.2. We are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage caused by your pet unless arising from our negligence.
    6.3. We are not responsible for damage to property caused by your pet during the booking period.

  • 7.1. All client information is treated confidentially and stored securely.
    7.2. Keys are never marked with identifiable information and are returned or stored securely upon booking completion.

  • 8.1. We provide regular updates during each booking via WhatsApp, text, or email.
    8.2. Photos of your pet may be shared on social media or our website for marketing purposes but only with the express consent of the client.

  • 9.1. PawfectMinds reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes in advance.

  • 10.1. PawfectMinds offers a referral incentive programme where individuals, businesses, or charities ("Referrers") may earn a cash reward for referring new clients to PawfectMinds.

    10.2. Under the current scheme, Referrers will receive a cash payment equivalent to 20% of the value of the first paid booking made by the referred client. This applies only to the referred client’s first completed and fully paid booking.

    10.3. To qualify for the referral reward, the referred client must provide the Referrer’s full name at the time of booking, or complete the relevant referral form provided by PawfectMinds. We cannot retrospectively apply referral credits once a booking has been confirmed without referrer details.

    10.4. Referral payments will be made via bank transfer or another agreed method within 5–7 working days of the successful completion and payment of the referred booking.

    10.5. There is no cap on the number of referrals an individual or organisation can make, provided all referrals are genuine and comply with these terms.

    10.6. Referral rewards will not be paid in the following cases:

    • Where the referred client cancels or fails to pay for their booking;

    • If the Referrer is referring themselves;

    • If there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the referral scheme.

    10.7. PawfectMinds reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral programme at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect referral rewards already earned before the date of change.

    10.8. By participating in the referral scheme, Referrers agree to these terms in full.
